Thriving not Surviving

There is a reason that my paranormal women’s fiction characters resonate with readers. They are usually at a point in their life where they are surviving and don’t want to do the hard work of thriving.

I throw a few obstacles in their way or put them in precarious positions, but just like in real life, these characters have to make the hard choices that leads them to living fulfilling lives. That means different things for different people, so I still have a lot of stories in me.

I write these women this way because I was once them, surviving not thriving. While I want to entertain, I also want to divulge the life lessons I’ve learned in my 47 years on this Earth–I’m still learning.
