NaNoWriMo Day 6: Almost Missed the Mark

On day six, I spaced. I got distracted by reading up on ways to improve my website and social media in the morning. I had to pause doing that several times to help my kids with their school work.

I got a good hour of writing in before I had to go to a virtual appointment and then went on a walk with my kiddo and her kitten.

I didn't make the word count for the day, writing only 650 words, but I am still on target for the total of number of words needed at 10,070 words. I'll be writing over the weekend, I suppose.
